GENERAL SUMMARY/OVERVIEWThe Iafrate Lab conducts pioneering research in the field of clinical genomics, working to develop personalized approaches to early cancer detection, diagnosis, and therapy. We are seeking a highly motivated bioinformatician with a background in statistics and/or software development to be a part of our team of clinicians, pathologists, software engineers, and data scientists. A successful candidate will join a thriving computational research group to assist with efforts in clinical genomics and proteomic pipeline development, as well as the development of novel computational tools for the analysis of next-generation sequencing, clinical, and research data.
