Research Technologist I
Position Summary The Department of Translational Neuroscience at Michigan State University (MSU) is seeking a productive and highly motivated individual to participate in research aimed at understanding the pathology of, and developing improved therapeutics for Parkinson’s disease (PD). The research assistant will work 40 hours per week, approximately half of which will be under the guidance one of two principle investigators on translational studies in rat models of PD. The two principal investigators that will serve as co-supervisors are long time (>25 years) collaborators and co-investigators on each other's grants that fund this position. Specifically, the projects that the candidate will be involved with are aimed at 1) understanding circadian rhythm disruption on progress
