The Department of Population and Public Health Sciences is seeking a postdoctoral fellow in computational or systems biology to study the interplay of environmental/lifestyle factors, genetics, and epigenetics in the etiology of cancer and other chronic diseases. We look for a highly motivated and competitive postdoc with a detailed understanding and knowledge of genomic and epigenomic data processing and analysis, expertise in multi-omics data integration, and working experience with computational modeling and machine learning.
