GENERAL SUMMARY/OVERVIEW STATEMENTThe Langenau and Pinello laboratories at Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Pathology are looking for an exceptional bioinformatician to join their group. The successful candidate will focus on integration of next-generation RNA and epigenetic sequencing data, single cell RNAseq, ATACseq, multiomics, and data coming from recent CRISPR genome editing assays. The candidate will also coordinate informatic activities across a large consortium grant awarded to the Pinello lab that requires superior organization skills, project management, and oversight of individuals within the team.
