Computational Biologist 2
Department OverviewThis position is focused on research-based computational data analysis of immune-oncology based assays, including but not limited to, performing quantitative image-based analyses on FFPE multiplex stained tissue samples, analyzing single cell and TCR sequencing data, generating initial data and creating graphs for reports. The position will contribute to the image analysis and computational side of multiplex imaging-based assays within clinical translational research studies, including high dimensional data analysis, computational methods and generating data for ML/AI applications, single cell analysis, clustering, dimension reduction, data normalization and multi-assay data integration.
