Function/Duties of PositionThe Department of Molecular & Medical Genetics at the Oregon Health & Science University is seeking applicants for the position of Clinical Laboratory Geneticist. This is a full-time faculty position at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor. The successful candidate will be hired as a Laboratory Director within the Knight Diagnostic Laboratories and will work collaboratively with our other Lab Directors. Suitable candidates will hold a doctoral degree and be ABMGG eligible or certified with training in both cytogenetics and molecular genetics.The primary responsibilities will include test results interpretation and reporting, new test development, laboratory oversight with day-to-day management, and collaborative leadership
