Postdoctoral Research Scientist
The Suh Laboratory at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center is actively seeking 1-2 highly motivated postdoctoral fellows interested in utilizing contemporary computational (epi)genomics methods and approaches to address biological questions related to aging, reproductive aging and aging-related diseases. Candidate should possess a solid background in genomics and bioinformatics, and display a strong interest in applying cutting-edge next-generation sequencing-based technologies to aging research. The candidate fellow will be involved and primarily responsible for:Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting publicly available data, including (epi)genomic annotation hubs, transcriptomic/proteomic databases, and GWAS and high-throughput sequencing datasets fr
