Location: Chicago, ILJob Description:Lead and manage all levels of computational genomics projects, including study design, sample acquisition, data generation, computational analysis, presentation and discussion of results, and manuscript preparation.Analyze genomic data using various bioinformatic tools and pipelines, and customize existing approaches based on project needs.Design, develop, implement, and apply novel analytical methods for genomic data analysis and multi-omic integration.Work closely with the principal investigator, lab members, collaborators, administrators, and service providers to facilitate all levels of scientific research in the lab.Provide general bioinformatics support to lab
