Location: Chicago, ILJob Description:Analyze genomic data using various bioinformatic tools and pipelines, and customize existing approaches based on project needs.Design, develop, implement, and apply novel computational methods for genomic data analysis and multi-omic integration.Provide general bioinformatics support to lab projects.Handle the documentation of pipelines and sharing of data and code.Collaborate and work closely with lab members and other collaborators as needed.Support the development of databases, software tools, and web-based applications.Produce data visualizations; Interpret, present, and discuss data analysis results.Participate in
