Postdoctoral Research Scientist
The Department of Epidemiology at the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Scientist with interest in dynamic modeling and statistical inference with applications to cancer diseases.  The fellow will join an experienced multidisciplinary team of mathematical modelers, epidemiologists, cancer biologist, physician, and biostatistician, to develop cutting-edge model Bayesian inference systems for a project to study risk factors contributing the recent increases in young onset cancers (e.g. colorectal cancer). The fellow is expected to increase his/her methodological and substantive knowledge of studies of cancer biology, epidemiology, statistics, dynamic modeling, and Bayesian inference, build skills fo
