Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Coordinator II for the Human Genetics Institute of New Jersey.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
Responsible for Outreach and follow-up with studies submitting data to NRG.
Training users on AutoQC submission processes and confirming each study's specific data submission expectations.
Tracking study submission progress and maintaining status details in shared study status spreadsheet,.
Managing helpdesk tickets and assigning tickets to appropriate team members.
Initial review of data submitted through AutoQC to verify that basic expectations are fulfilled, and other related communication tasks assigned by lead NRGR Communications Director or NRGR Project Manager.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience with academic major or experience in psychology and/or communications.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint required.
Excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail are required for this position.
Customer service experience strongly preferred.
Familiarity with psychiatric diagnoses and terminology preferred.
Familiarity with data dictionaries and automated data quality control systems preferred.
Experience formatting and/or analyzing clinical data preferred.
