Postdoctoral Scholar, Neuroimmune responses in ischemic brain injury - Neurology
Applicants are invited for a postdoctoral position at the University of Washington (UW), School of Medicine in the area of cerebrovascular disease and neuroinflammation under the leadership of Dr. Jonathan Weinstein. Dr. Weinstein is an academic clinician-scientist in the department of Neurology with extensive clinical and research training and experience in the stroke research, glial cell biology and neuroinflammation fields. Dr. Weinstein has assembled an outstanding multidisciplinary research team focusing on innate immune signaling and glial cells in the context of ischemia.The current position would be primarily funded by Dr. Weinstein's new R01 grant from NIH (https://grants.nih.gov/grants/
