Associate Research Scientist
The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a Associate Research Scientist to join the Laboratory of Dr. Wendy Chung in the Division of Molecular Genetics in a full time position to begin immediately to participate in the design and conduct of studies on the molecular genetics of rare neurogenetic conditions including characterizing the mutation spectrum, studying genotype/phenotype associations, understanding molecular mechanism of disease, and developing new treatments for disease including genetic therapies. Applicants should have experience in cell culture, making and differentiating iPSCs into neurons, microscopy, electrophysiology, and characterizing mouse models of neurogenetic conditions.
