Data analystComputational Cancer GenomicsDo you want to know how the "dark matter" of the genome helps cancer cells grow? Do you want to understand the differences between male and female genomes in tumorigenesis? Do you want to drive cancer research forward by making sense of big next-generation sequencing data sets? The Rheinbay lab, part of the MGH Center for Cancer Research located at the Charlestown Navy Yard, is looking for a computational research associate to work in a highly collaborative team to tackle these questions. The successful candidate will join an interdisciplinary team working on rigorous analysis of next generation sequencing data (DNA, RNA, chromatin) from tumor samples, and development of analysis tools that will be share
