Bioinformatics Programmer
Under general supervision of Dr. Rosenblum, this Bioinformatics Programmer will be required to ascertain, organize, and analyze large bioinformatic datasets for the Rosenblum Lab. This includes, but is not limited to, quality controlling, aligning and analyzing single cell RNA seq, ATAC seq, and spatial transcriptomic data. This also entails analyzing multi-dimensional CyTOF data. The candidate will also spend approximately 20% of their time procuring this data through wet lab bench procedures.
