Postdoctoral Scholar - Microbiome Statistics
The Department of Biostatistics at the University of Washington invites applications for a Postdoctoral Scholar - Microbiome Statistics to work under the supervision of Dr. Amy Willis. The successful candidate will develop statistical methods for the analysis of shotgun metagenomic sequencing data, and apply the proposed methods to study adaptations of the human microbiome to zoonotic exposures.Postdoctoral scholars are represented by UAW 4121 and are subject to the collective bargaining agreement, unless agreed exclusion criteria apply.
