Bioinformatics Research Scientist
Seeking a talented and highly motivated Bioinformatics Research Scientist to develop, optimize, and implement data analysis pipelines and analytical tools that enable comprehensive tumor genomic profiling for cancer biology research and cellular senescence biomarker discovery.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES1. Process, analyze and interpret high volumes of data as part of collaborative research projects. Develop automated methods and software pipelines to support large-scale bioinformatics analysis. Develop and implement novel analytical tools, and capable of troubleshooting the technical steps in developing new tools.2.
