Research Technician II
A Research Technician II position is available in the lab of Dr. Gian Paolo Dotto in the Cutaneous Biology Research Center at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston. The research focus of the laboratory is on determinants of pre-malignant to malignant tumor transformation and on the multiple mechanisms responsible for the conversion of normal fibroblasts into "activated" cancer associated fibroblast in the tumor microenvironment. We explore genetic and epigenetic determinants of cancer susceptibility as they relate to gender- and race-related differences.The Research Technician II will perform standard laboratory procedures.
