Postdoctoral Scholar - Urologic Oncology - Department of Urology
A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Ming Lam in the Department of Urology at the University of Washington. The candidate will lead projects investigating tumor and its microenvironment in prostate and bladder cancers. The candidate will conduct independent research and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of biostatisticians, clinicians and researchers. The work will involve working with clinical specimens and human xenografts, transcriptome and genome analysis, tissue culture, knockdown and overexpression studies, immunohistochemistry, and molecular biology. Research experience in the field of prostate and/or cancer biology is highly desired.To be successful in this project, you must be highly motivated, be an independent and critical thinker while
