Bioinformatics Scientist
Stanford School of Medicine, Department of Dermatology is seeking a Bioinformatics Scientist to conduct bioinformatic and statistical analysis in order to facilitate biomedical research in the Chang and Khavari laboratories within the Program in Epithelial Biology. These cutting edge basic research labs use high-throughput techniques to understand stem cell function, development, cancer, and other biological processes. Technologies currently in use include next generation sequencing platforms, spatial genomics, mass spectrometry, custom tiling arrays, and functional genomics screens. This position will be based on the Stanford campus and is a hybrid of working on-site and working from home, subject to operational need.
