Location: Chicago, ILJob Description:Directs a comprehensive program leading to the development of autologous T cell-receptor (TCR) therapy targeting cancer-specific mutations in mice as well as in patients.Not only conducts experiments and assays but also trains and guides members of the laboratory. Collaborates with a bioinformatics group to identify the trunk mutations that are well expressed.Selects appropriate tumor-specific targets for therapy.Renewal and updating of existent and/or completion of new animal research, biosafety and radiation as well as clinical research protocols.Making, ordering, training and receiving of culture media and reagents.Preparation of sterile supplies
