Research Technologist
The Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology seeks a Research Technologist to work under the general supervision of a faculty investigator, this responsible for an ongoing project investigating cardiovascular disease.  The project involves mouse husbandry, coordination of genotyping, maintenance and differentiation of human stem cells. In addition, the employee will be responsible for performing a number of molecular assays – including gene expression by qPCR, immunoblotting for protein expression, as well as perform histology imaging analyses in stem cell derived cardio myocytes and rodent hearts.
