Job Responsibilities:
The postdoctoral appointee will independently conduct prostate cancer research in the laboratories of Drs. Justin Drake and Antonarakis. The candidate will have the opportunity to join and grow in a highly translational laboratory environment and to analyze experiments relative to the understanding of extracellular vesicle biology as key biomarkers in prostate cancer. The selected candidate will be expected to prepare and participate in data generation and data analysis to study investigators, author and co-author on reports, abstracts, and publications, and collaborate on other projects as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
Ph.D. in cancer biology or other related field and research experience in analyzing extracellular vesicles via western blot and proteomic technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in mammalian tissue culture, phosphoproteomics, animal dissection and surgeries, immunohistochemistry, western blot, drug dosing, signaling kinetics, experience with bioinformatics analysis of large RNA, DNA, or protein datasets, and other applications including clinical tissue acquisition.
