Post-doctoral position available at the University of California, Davis Sacramento campus to study computational biology focusing on metabolic diseases. The project goals are to prevent or treat diet-related health issues by uncovering novel biomarkers and/or generating prediction models using bioinformatics, machine learning tools, and statistics. Preference will be given to those who have substantial experience in computations and bioinformatics with a biomedical background.
