Research Scientist position available in a laboratory at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, using systems biology, molecular biology, single-cell, bioinformatics, and computational approaches to understand virus-host interactions and disease mechanisms in HIV infection and associated comorbidities including accelerated aging, immune dysregulation, neurological disease, and cancer. Bioinformatics scientists work closely with wet lab scientists to generate, analyze, and interpret large-scale datasets using various software for data integration, network prediction, pathway analysis, and machine learning.
