Postdoctoral Fellow in Computational Cancer Metabolism
We are seeking postdoctoral fellows to jointhe Reznik Laboratory for Computational Cancer Metabolismat Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.Our research group investigates basic and translational problems at the interface of cancer genomics, tumor metabolism, and mitochondrial genetics using multimodal datasets. The chosen candidate will lead newand highly collaborativeprojects applying bulk and single cell sequencing technologies to understand the functional and therapeutic significanceof somatic mitochondrial DNA mutations in cancer biology.Theywill join a diverse group of quantitative geneticists,genomicists, and machine learners embedded in the Computational Oncology Service, a new initiative dedicated to translational, data-driven cancer
