The Senior Staff Associate will provide leadership in implementing lab policies and practice, manage lab resource allocation, and provide guidance to junior team members. The position will be responsible for the organizational and administrative support of multiple research projects with a focus on cartilage biology and regenerative medicine. The scope of work will include animal studies of skeletal tissue development, adult stem cells, cartilage regeneration, arthritis disease modeling, drug testing, and bioinformatics. Mouse husbandry responsibilities will include maintaining over 20 genetic mouse lines.
