Location: Hyde Park CampusJob Description:Collaborates on new and ongoing research projects with a focus on, but not limited to, mapping all cell types in the female reproductive system with a focus on site-specific cell-cell interactions, their response to environmental cues, and their role in ovarian cancer pathogenesis and progression. Evaluates the function of different cell types using state-of-the-art, high-throughput single cell epigenomic and transcriptomic techniques. This position is a joint position with the Basu laboratory (https://wordpress.uchospitals.edu/basu-lab/).
