Vacancy ID: NF0005565Position Summary/Description: This work associated with this position uses cellular and genomic approaches to analyze human tumors the tumor immune microenvironment, and the cells of the innate and adaptive cells of the immune system. The person who fills this position will have multiple responsibilities: 1) Coordinate efficient clinical trial biospecimen tracking from bedside through Tissue Procurement, Translational Genomics Laboratory, the IMGF core facility, and the High Throughput Sequencing Facility to bioinformatics. 2) provide molecular and cellular techniques (including next generation sequencing library preparation and flow cytometry analyses of tumor and peripheral blood tissue sample
