Post Doctoral Fellow- Radiation Oncology
JOB DESCRIPTION: The selected individual(s) will focus on dissecting the molecular mechanisms by which chromatin is deregulated in breast and other cancers with the goal of identifying therapeutically actionable targets in breast and other cancers. To identify and characterize mechanisms by which the epigenome is deregulated, the candidate will develop and utilize innovative research methods and approaches involving in vivo cancer models, epigenetics and genomics methods, molecular biology, ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, CRISPR/Cas9-mediated knockouts and mutations, along with bioinformatics.
