Scheduled Hours40Position SummaryThe present opening is for a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in experimental biomedical sciences to work at the interface of genomics and neurobiology studying the development and diseases of the visual system in fish, bird and mammalian models. The ideal candidate will have strong wet-bench skills in cell and molecular biology, experience with animal work (e.g., zebrafish and/or mice), and experience in the bioinformatic analysis of next-generation sequencing datasets. The lab is an exciting, fast-paced research environment with a team of fun and highly motivated undergraduate students, graduate students and postdocs.
