PROJECT MANAGER , Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) , to drive a multidisciplinary team to high impact science in human genomics and its impact on health. Will help support all managing efforts of the lab, both on the computational and the experimental side. This will include providing project-level guidance to lab members, managing major group milestones, fundraising, budget coordination, and interactioning with collaborators in academia and industry.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : B.S. in a scientific or technical discipline, including computational biology, genomics, genetics, molecular biology, biological engineering, biology, or related field; at least five years of administration, operations, and/or project/program management experience; experience successfully managing large projects; self-motivation; excellent project management, analycial, interpersonal, and relationship management skills; entrepreneurial approach; demonstrated success in bringing to life highly complex projects with multiple dependencies, participants, and stakeholders; and ability to promote collaboration and cooperation.
