Research Lab Assistant - CaRE2 Center
The Department of Translational Genomics is seeking a highly motivated part-time post-bachelor Research staff to join Dr. Velazquez-Villarreal’s lab. The successful candidate will have significant interest in precision medicine in a research laboratory setting with demonstrated interest in various key functional areas with an emphasis on statistical and computational genomics. The successful applicant must possess and demonstrate a willingness to learn and employ new skill sets that will contribute to the PI’s research program (both technically and intellectually) as he/she will be expected to contribute to the overall success and growth of the laboratory objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skill with high emphasis on collab
