The LaFave Lab studies chromatin biology in models of lung adenocarcinoma. We use a variety cell biological and epigenomic approaches including cutting-edge single-cell technologies as well as organoid and animal modeling to study mechanisms of lung cancer progression. We also perform a number of functional approaches to dissect mechanisms of chromatin regulation.
