Postdoctoral Scholar in Skeletal Stem Cell Biology
A postdoctoral position is available in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania, to study stem cells in skeletal development and diseases.   We take advantage of multi-disciplinary approaches including advanced single cell transcriptomics, sophisticated genetical mouse models and surgery-induced disease models, and cutting-edge three dimensional imaging, to identify mesenchymal subpopulations in bone and joint tissues and to understand their functions and regulatory mechanisms under physiological and pathological conditions.
