Research Assistant in Digital Pathology
The Laboratory of Systems Pharmacology (LSP) engages bioinformatic and biomedical scientists across Boston to develop innovative approaches for interpretation, visualization, and distribution of scientific discoveries. The LSP is a multi-disciplinary effort within HiTS: Harvard Program in Therapeutic Science (http://hits.harvard.edu) to reinvent the fundamental science underlying the development of new medicines and their use in individual patients. The LSP's CyCIF technology (www.cycif.org) generates highly multiplexed immunofluorescence images, up to 60-plex, of a wide range of human/mouse tumors and tissues.
