Postdoctoral Scholar-Bioengineering, Kueh Lab
Multiple postdoctoral positions are available in the Kueh lab to study gene regulatory circuits controlling T cell development and cytotoxic effector and memory differentiation. Our lab seeks to elucidate the molecular circuits controlling immune cell fate decisions, to open doors for rational programming of immune cells as next-generation therapeutic agents. The successful candidate(s) will integrate knock-in reporter mouse models, novel single-cell assays, massively parallel genome-engineering and computational approaches to identify the molecular components of these circuits, elucidate their dynamics and uncover their underlying design principles. This is a full-time position with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30), with the possibility for yearly renewal dependent up
