A postdoctoral researcher position is immediately open in Dr. Trinh's laboratory in The Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. The project involves development of the genome editing technology for a highly adaptable defense system against threats (e.g., pathogens, chemicals), with particular focus on developing computational algorithms and associated software. The project is part of the DARPA-funded research program that integrates both experimental and computational approaches.
