The Contract Coordinator will support ongoing contracting activities, insure specific mandates in the contract are met and improve contracting processes across the organization.
*Work with business development, finance, and legal teams as needed to facilitate contracting and approval process *Maintain and develop contract templates for segmented customer and deliverables *Modify, update, and maintain contracts and associated documentation, processing, and communicating changes *Address customer invoicing and billing questions *Participate in collection of metrics and tracking against contracted services *Insure contract deliverables, timesheets, and billables are maintained in supporting applications (CRM, LIMS) *Manage PO process for customers and partner laboratories *Participate in process improvement efforts and training sessions
