We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to fill a full-time research technician position in Dr. David Weinstock???s laboratory at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. We are a translational leukemia and lymphoma research laboratory that uses a variety of biochemical, molecular, and cell biology approaches to identify new therapeutic targets, develop preclinical models of disease, and test novel therapeutics both in vitro and in vivo. The research technician would work on a project studying mechanisms of malignant transformation of lymphocytes, targeting lymphoma and leukemia cell genetic and pharmacologic vulnerabilities, and mechanisms of resistance to clinical and pre-clinical lymphoma and leukemia therapies.
