All applicants should be able to demonstrate a strong academic record and publications in well-reputed scientific journals (including first authorships).
We are seeking an outstanding postdoctoral candidate with a background in computational biology, experience in analysis of next generation sequencing data, and an interest in cancer and precancer genomics. The successful applicant must hold a Ph.D. or an equivalent degree and must have significant experience in large-scale data analysis, bioinformatics, and genomics. Strong computational and programming skills are essential for this position and experience with Python and/or R is highly desirable.
The successful applicant will be part of a vibrant multidisciplinary team performing computational approaches for elucidating and timing the evolutionary and subclonal dynamics of precancerous and cancerous lesions.
