Research Fellow - Pediatric Oncology/Crompton Lab
A full-time post-doctoral fellow position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Brian Crompton in the Department of Pediatric Oncology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute for a highly motivated individual. The Crompton laboratory is recruiting a fellow to focus on genomic profiling and analyses of human tissue samples and disease models to understand mechanisms of cancer heterogeneity and evolution in pediatric sarcomas. The laboratory uses a combination of next-generation sequencing approaches to profile tumor material from matched tumor biopsies, circulating tumor DNA, and circulating tumor cells. Profiling is performed as ???bulk??? sequencing experiments and as single-cell analyses to give us a complete picture of genomic and epigenomic heterogeneity and diseas
