School: Keck School of Medicine Department: Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine Position: Programmer Analyst I There is an exciting new opportunity at the University of Southern California for a highly motivated candidate who would like to strengthen bioinformatics skills. Working with researchers who led data analysis of large genomic consortia (e.g. TCGA, ENCODE, PsychENCODE), the Programmer Analyst I will analyze in-house generated high throughput sequencing epigenomics datasets and integrate multi-dimensional large-scale omics datasets, utilizing and building software programs. The Programmer Analyst I will assist on various research projects. The position may require occasional flexible work hours depending on the demands of the protocols and processing timelines.
