 University of California Irvine Assistant/Associate Professor in Residence - Cancer Epigenetics The University of California, Irvine, Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine is inviting applications for a full-time position at the Assistant/Associate Professor level. The academic appointment will be in the In-Residence series, which confers membership in the UCI Academic Senate. The applicant should have an MD/PhD or a PhD degree and a strong research program with scholarly activity and publications commensurate with experience. Individuals with expertise in the epigenetics of cancer initiation and progression are encouraged to apply. Candidates with extramural funding or submitted applications for mentored or independent awards, particularly from the federal government, are especially sought. It is expected that the successful applicant will maintain an extramurally funded research program at a high level of accomplishment. The recruited applicant will participate in teaching and mentoring activities and contribute to departmental and University service.
