Doctorate degree in relevant field (Biostatistics, Statistics, or equivalent); OR Master's degree in relevant field and 5 years of relevant work experience, OR Bachelors degree 9 years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrated mature and effective interpersonal communications skills including tact, diplomacy and flexibility with appropriate demeanor to maintain good working relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with faculty and investigators, staff, students, and visitors at all levels within OHSU and in the community. The ability to forge and foster collaborative working relationships and enlist the support of faculty and staff.
