Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Research Teaching Specialist III for the Department of Medical Oncology at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. Under the direction of the Principal Investigator, the Research Teaching Specialist II is responsible for the management of a medium-sized laboratory area. Designs and conducts highly specialized, technical research. Assists in the design, coordination and conduction of research projects that involve identification and characterization of the mechanistic roles of cell surface receptors to generate novel targeted pharmacologies to treat human diseases such as cancer. Assists with technical laboratory procedures and analyses in support of the specialized research activities of the laboratory. Among the key duties of this position are the following:
