Location: IU School of Medicine Department: IUSM - Surgery - Plastics Campus: IU School of Medicine Indianapolis Position Announcement: This is a grant funded opportunity with a specific focus on single cell RNA sequencing, Single cell ATAC sequencing and spatial gene analysis working with the Indiana Center for Regenerative Medicine and Engineering. The Laboratory of Dr. Chandan K Sen in Department of Surgery and the Indiana Center for Regenerative Medicine and Engineering at Indiana University School of Medicine is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to work on projects addressing whole genome sequencing at single cell level. The laboratory focuses on exploring gene expression dynamics studies in human skin cells.
