Postdoctoral Associate (In HIV Research, P.I.: Dr. David N. Levy)
Postdoctoral Associate position in HIV research (Full-Time)An NIH-funded postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of David N. Levy, PhD at New York University to study the molecular biology of HIV replication and latency. Projects available include: Project 1 utilizes a multi-omics approach to investigate the contribution of viral and cellular factors to the decision between productive and latent HIV infection. At the epigenetic level, we have identified specific viral factors that regulate the initial installation of chromatin post-translational modifications influencing early viral gene expression. In combination with ChIP-PCR and cellular -omics (single cell and bulk RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, etc.), we are elucidating key pathways
