Department MEDICAL & MOLECULAR GENETICS (IN-MMGE-IUINA) Job Summary This individual will provide study support to team members serving across multiple Parkinson's Progression Markers Initiative (PPMI) study cores. PPMI is a landmark multimillion-dollar observational study funded by the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. These PPMI study cores help screen participants to determine eligibility for longitudinal study enrollment, manage travel coordination for participants enrolling at selected study sites, and facilitate enrollment in PPMI sub studies and ensure participant adherence to outlined activities within these PPMI initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in science or a health-related field; OR associate's degree in Allied Health profession and one year of patient-related/research experience; OR bachelor's degree in other fields/completion of three years college science and two years of patient-related/research experience; OR high school diploma or GED and five years of patient related experience with two years in clinical study at the TE06 level. Strong communication skills. Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures. Experience in following SOPs. Working knowledge of software applications (word processing and excel spreadsheet). Ability to learn new software applications and databases. Working Conditions / Demands Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without an accommodation.
