Postdoctoral Scholar - Reeve-Irvine Research Center
Postdoctoral positions are available in the Reeve-Irvine Research Center at the University of California Irvine to study ways to enhance regeneration and recovery of function after spinal cord injury. Techniques include AAV technology, rodent models of SCI, functional assessments, state of the art tract tracing including light sheet microscopy and gene expression analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in methods related to CNS injury and repair and/or axon regeneration and recovery of function in rodent models of SCI. Candidates with other backgrounds and a strong interest in neurotrauma research are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must possess a Recent PhD or MD/PhD graduates (within last 2 years).
